To open: grip both halves firmly and pull apart at the corner — the magnets will release cleanly. Don't try to pry from the middle or use tools. To close: place your sleeved card in one half, align the other half, and let the magnets pull the halves together. Don't force it shut — the magnets should snap the case closed naturally. If the case won't close flush, your card may be too thick for that PT size. If you hear the magnets click and the edges are seamless, you're good. Handle by the edges of the holder, not the flat faces where fingerprints accumulate.
