What are $hellz and how do I redeem them?
$hellz is our reward points program. Customers earn 2 $hellz for every dollar spent on the site. To redeem your rewards and see all the ways to earn, click on the little gold coin icon on the bottom left of the screen to open up the app.
What is your free shipping policy?
We offer FREE shipping on all plastic orders to the lower-48 states over $99.
For plastic orders under $99 we charge between $3.99 and $9.99 depending on weight and distance shipped.
Due to the low consolidation of our Tough Box with other items those have a separate FREE shipping threshold.
Additionally, FREE shipping for pre-orders of items are calculated separately as they will ship later.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
We do ship to P.O. boxes for most orders. However for larger items (ex: Quad Boxes) and items over 20lbs (ex: 55pt toploader cases, mag holder cases), we do not ship to P.O. boxes and will reach out for a different delivery address if needed.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Protectorates?
Yes we do! Due to the additional shipping costs to ship to these areas, we do not offer free shipping on these orders.
Plastic Items
Under 20lbs: We charge between $8.99 and $11.99 depending on which items were ordered.
Over 20lbs: We charge $1 per KG ordered.
Cardboard Boxes
$14.99 for first pack of 5
$9.99 for each additional pack of 5
Charges are additive with each other.
How fast do you ship my order?
During normal demand periods, we ship FAST the NEXT business day for orders placed Monday thru Thursday excluding holidays.
Orders placed Friday have a good chance to ship on Saturday but may get pushed to Monday depending on capacity and time of order placement.
Saturday and Sunday orders will generally ship out Monday.
During holidays, sale events and new product launches our shipping time will depend on the backlog of orders and our available capacity and we will provide our best estimate on the site.
Do you accept returns and offer refunds?
Yes! We stand by our products and service 100% so if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale accounts?
