Card Shellz, LLC ("The Company") Wholesale Membership ("Membership") is an annual subscription program designed for businesses and individuals purchasing in bulk. By enrolling in this program, members gain access to wholesale pricing and exclusive benefits on www.cardshellz.com. Memberships are non-transferable and subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility & Application
Membership is available to businesses and individuals who meet the purchasing requirements for wholesale orders.
Applicants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
The Company reserves the right to approve or deny membership applications at its sole discretion.
3. Membership Fees & Renewals
The annual membership fee is $99 and is due at the time of enrollment.
Membership automatically renew each year unless canceled before the renewal date.
Fees are subject to change at any time but only for new memberships. Existing members will retain their current rate until their next renewal period.
Members will be notified at time of renewal of any pricing adjustments.
4. Non-Refundable Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable, including cases of early cancellation, non-use, or account termination due to policy violations.
The Company does not offer partial refunds or prorated reimbursements.
5. Member Benefits
Members shall be eligible to accrue a rewards benefit equivalent to three percent (3%) of the total amount of qualifying purchases, which shall be issued in the form of store credit and may be redeemed for future purchases, subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by the Company. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Members shall have access to wholesale pricing on products designated as eligible for such pricing by the Company. The availability of wholesale pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice, and the Company reserves the right to modify or revoke such pricing at its sole discretion.
Members may be eligible to receive exclusive promotions, discounts, or purchasing opportunities, which shall be extended at the sole discretion of the Company and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Members may be granted early access to new product launches, subject to availability and any other restrictions or limitations established by the Company.
The Company may, from time to time, introduce additional benefits or modify existing benefits, with or without prior notice, and reserves the right to determine, amend, or terminate any benefits at its sole discretion.
6. Ordering & Purchase Terms
Wholesale pricing applies only to members in good standing.
Minimum order quantities may be required for wholesale pricing eligibility.
Orders are subject to product availability, and the Company reserves the right to
modify or discontinue any item without notice.
7. Membership Conduct & Termination
Members must comply with all applicable laws and policies when using their membership.
The Company reserves the right to revoke or suspend membership at any time for misuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
In the event of termination, the membership fee will not be refunded.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Company may update these terms at any time. Continued membership use constitutes acceptance of any modifications. It is the member’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the membership program.
Membership benefits and pricing are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
