We have a 100% Happiness Guaranteed policy and offer a 365-day FREE return window. If you are not satisfied with your items for any reason, even ordering the incorrect item, you can return it for FREE within 1-year of purchase for a full refund.

Please go to Return Portal to start a FREE return for your order. Just drop it in the mail and once we receive it, we will provide a full refund for your order.

Note: Certain types of items frim time to cannot be returned. This may include warehouse deals, discontinued items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
